Alexis Wong, 11th grade

Alexis Wong is in Theatre Management and Advanced Production, and she is the Jr. Acting VP.

She has been doing theatre since 3rd grade and decided to start because she thought it would be fun to try something new and meet new people.

Alexis loves being able to be yourself without worrying about others judging.

Her favorite show that she was a part of was Thoroughly Modern Millie, because she was a student director and liked being able to see both sides of the show: backstage and on-stage.

James Nicholson, 11th grade

James Nicholson is in Forensic Science.

He decided to take it originally because it seemed like a quick science credit, but he ended up loving it.

James’ favorite topic he learned in class was the decaying process of a human body.

He also really likes the teacher, Coach Bascoe, who makes the class even more enjoyable.

Makaylee Esparza, 11th grade

Kay Esparza is in Child Development.

She decided to take this class because she wanted to be a child psychologist.

She now wants to do behavioral analysis, which should still work with kids.

Her favorite part of this class is how they do hands-on projects instead of big tests, which she says is fun.
